Yes, Chef.

Hello! I’m Acelynn Wolfe, but most people call me Ace. As the daughter of an Army veteran, I had the opportunity to grow up all over the country—from California to Virginia—which gave me a deep appreciation for the way food connects people from all walks of life. I am a proud graduate of Auburn University, where I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management with a concentration in Culinary Science.

My passion for food and hospitality comes from the simple truth that everyone loves food. I believe meals have a unique way of bringing people together, no matter where they’ve been or what their story is. My faith in God shapes the way I approach the kitchen—it is a place where I can share the love and generosity that Christ extends to all.

What brings me the most joy is creating opportunities for people to be fully present in their lives without the stress of preparing meals themselves. Knowing that I can help nourish people well while giving them space to gather, rest, and connect is what makes this work meaningful to me.

After all, at its core, hospitality is not a business strategy—it’s a posture of the heart.

Currently, I am based in Auburn, Alabama. Planting roots in my alma mater has given me the opportunity to experience the beauty that the Plains have to offer. Personally, I follow a gluten-and dairy-free lifestyle, which has given me extensive knowledge and experience working with a wide variety of dietary preferences and restrictions.

I am passionate about the way food nourishes us and the role it plays in honoring and caring for our bodies. Because of this, I am intentional about sourcing high-quality ingredients, prioritizing organic products and foods that are free from seed oils whenever possible.

At the end of the day, my goal is simple: to create food that nourishes the body, gathers people around the table, and reminds us that hospitality begins with an open hand.
